We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on all products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and include at least 50% of the original product to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off and Ship

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
